Social impact
The deficit of qualified professionals in the IT industry can be effectively addressed by focusing on the retraining of adults. As the working age continues to shift towards 70-80 years, there is a growing need to invest in adult education to meet the increasing demand for skilled talent in the field. By empowering adults with the necessary skills and knowledge through retraining programs, we not only bridge the skills gap but also ensure a sustainable workforce capable of meeting the evolving demands of the IT sector.
